1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phjhoy. By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies published on the Platform from time to time.

2.2 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms & Conditions.

2.3 phjhoy reserves the right to require you to re-confirm your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions at any point, including following a material amendment. Failure to re-confirm acceptance when requested may result in suspension of your Account pending clarification.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement. Access to real-money gaming services on phjhoy is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is imposed in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations governing gambling activities. phjhoy operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling.

3.2 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you reside or from which you access the Platform. phjhoy makes no representation that its services are available or appropriate for use in all jurisdictions.

3.3 Capacity. You represent and warrant that you are acting on your own behalf, that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that you are not acting under any form of legal incapacity that would render this agreement unenforceable against you.

3.4 Exclusion List. You warrant that you are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order, court order, or regulatory directive that prohibits you from participating in gambling activities. If you have previously enrolled in phjhoy's self-exclusion program, you must not attempt to re-register or circumvent any exclusion measures that have been applied to your account.

4 Account Registration & Management

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the Platform at any given time. The registration of multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal information, is strictly prohibited. phjhoy reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances held therein.

4.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to promptly update that information should it change. phjhoy shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain current and accurate account information.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your username or password with any third party and to notify phjhoy's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. phjhoy will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to safeguard your credentials.

4.4 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the phjhoy support team. All pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with standard rules. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC requirements.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phjhoy accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash or PayMaya are generally reflected in your phjhoy wallet within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may require additional processing time depending on the originating bank. phjhoy does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources on your behalf.

5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash or PayMaya. Minimum amounts for bank transfer deposits are displayed at the point of transaction within the Platform.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. To submit a withdrawal request, your account must be fully verified through phjhoy's KYC process. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit unless otherwise approved by phjhoy's finance team. phjhoy reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing any withdrawal.

5.5 Withdrawal Processing Time. phjhoy aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and any additional verification requirements. phjhoy shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.6 Transaction Fees. phjhoy does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which phjhoy bears no responsibility.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer. These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to, and do not override, promotion-specific terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Unless stated otherwise, only real-money bets contribute to wagering requirements; bets placed with Bonus Funds do not count toward clearing other bonuses.

6.3 Game Contribution. Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, bingo, and sports bets may each carry a distinct contribution percentage. Contribution rates are published in the applicable promotion terms.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. phjhoy reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of system errors, coordination between multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses, or any behavior that the Company reasonably determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

6.5 Rewards Program. Participation in the phjhoy Rewards program is governed by the Rewards program terms published on the Platform. Rewards points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

7 Gaming Rules & Betting

7.1 Game-Specific Rules. Each game available on the phjhoy Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with applicable game rules before placing wagers.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, network failure, or software malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, phjhoy reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the players' accounts. The Company's decision in such matters is final.

7.3 Disputed Results. If you dispute the outcome of any game, you must raise the matter with phjhoy's support team within seven (7) days of the disputed event. Disputes raised outside this window may not be considered. phjhoy's resolution of any dispute is final and binding.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface or sportsbook market. phjhoy reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.

8 Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phjhoy Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Opening or using more than one account, whether directly or through a third party;
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting errors, loopholes, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software, games, or payment systems;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any coordinated scheme to defraud phjhoy or other players;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion, account restriction, or security measure implemented by phjhoy;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward phjhoy staff or other players.

8.2 Where phjhoy determines that a breach of this clause has occurred, the Company reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account, void all associated bets and bonuses, withhold and forfeit any balance in the account, and pursue civil or criminal remedies as appropriate.

9 Responsible Gaming

9.1 phjhoy is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its platform. The Company provides a suite of player protection tools accessible from the account dashboard, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

9.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform may do so by contacting the phjhoy support team or using the self-exclusion feature within the account dashboard. Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours. During the exclusion period, the player will be unable to access their account or create new accounts on the Platform.

10 Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the phjhoy Platform — including but not limited to the phjhoy brand name and logo, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, audio, video, and design elements — is the exclusive property of phjhoy or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the express prior written consent of phjhoy.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phjhoy makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform, the accuracy of any information displayed thereon, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phjhoy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of winnings resulting from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or third-party failures.

11.3 In all circumstances, phjhoy's aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

12.1 phjhoy collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13 Amendments to These Terms

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be referred to phjhoy's customer support team for informal resolution. Both parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiation for a period of thirty (30) days before pursuing formal proceedings.

14.3 If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim.
